Beyond seas and winds, volcanic sculptures rise from cold waters. Countless waterfalls are scattered along the cliffs—gigantic, vertical cliffs that reach more than 700 meters in height. A living carpet stretches across the entire surface of the terrain, shining in a calming green.
Faroe Islands: a small volcanic archipelago located near the Arctic Circle, still little visited, where the landscape evokes dreams from distant times. Ancient glacial valleys carve through the terrain, exposing dark geological layers that reveal a past of intense magmatic activity. Sheep wander everywhere, standing out as white flecks against the omnipresent green. Hanging lakes. Small houses and churches with roofs completely covered by blankets of grass… Lands of unique beauty that deserve to be savored with the eyes.
The 8-day visual immersion in the archipelago is designed to explore the very best landscapes the islands have to offer. Both photographers and nature lovers are welcome. Full professional photographic guidance will be provided according to each participant’s specific needs and level of experience.
